How quick and simple can this be used without a lot of setup.

Speed
Ability to get the message to someone timely.

Tracking
Is the communication recorded, or can it be verified at a later date.

Personal
How much the communication naturally builds your personal/professional relationship with others.

Ubiquitous
The degree that everyone has access and the ability to use this communication method.

Understanding
How effective the method is at conveying your intended meaning.
